Fear the pink background! Fear it!
I'm not a fan of pink, I use it sparingly. So here's my currently favorite couple, Unknown and Wire. Story time!

Wire paced eagerly in front of the police station. She had gotten a call stating that Unknown was being released after two years in prison. The horror she felt as she watched him being led away in handcuffs felt like a distant memory now. Two years felt like an eternity, but the wait was finally over. Wire checked her phone again for the time and paced even faster.

She spun around at hearing the doors to the police station slide open and a familiar but older looking black chameleon stepped out into the sunlight. He barely had time to get down the steps before he was tackled to the ground by Wire. He smiled gently. "Two years and you waited for me...." He said in awe, standing up and holding her close. He placed one hand under her chin and lifted her head.

Tears of joy streamed down her muzzle as she stood staring into those gentle green eyes. "I would've waited until the end of the world for you." She laughed. Unknown wiped away her tears and stroked her chin. Wire closed her eyes and kissed his nose softly. Everything would be alright now, she knew she wouldn't be alone again.
