There For You Chapter 26 FINALChapter 26
The news that Wire would never be able to safely carry a child devastated the blue gecko, causing her to spiral into a deep depression. She barely ate, never smiled and Unknown woke up to her crying in the middle of the night more than once. Unknown rarely left her side; despite the fact that seeing his girl so torn up and crying all the time made him feel sick to his stomach. He knew that she needed him more than ever right now and he was determined to stay with her no matter what.

Lyra laughed and lightly punched Unknown on the shoulder. “That’s great! Give her my congratulations!” She said. Unknown nodded a bit and took aim for his target.
Red Riding HoodI want to believe people so badly when they say they won’t bite
that I contemplate climbing into their smiling jaws
thinking that it might be better to be split in two than left hanging.
But always, I draw my red hood and flit back into the forest
running in the shadows of pathways, never stepping into clearings
because I’ve spent my whole life in the wilderness
and I still can’t tell the wolves from the woodsmen.
